Product Description:
Stainless Steel Gate Valve is one of the most common opening and closing valves, which uses a gate plate (i.e. opening and closing parts, in which the opening and closing parts are called gate plates or gates, and the gate seats are called gate plate seats) to connect (fully open) or Cut off (fully close) the medium in the pipeline. It is not allowed to be used as a flow interceptor.
The movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. The Gate Valve can only be fully opened and fully closed, and cannot be adjusted or throttled. The gate valve is sealed through the contact between the valve seat and the gate plate.
During use, you should avoid opening the gate a small amount, because the erosion of the high-speed flowing medium will accelerate the damage of the sealing surface.

Working Conditions:
1. High temperature and high-pressure working conditions:
Hard Seal Gate Valve can be applied to the medium temperature up to 400℃, pressure up to 2500-5000psi conditions of operation.
2. Strong corrosive media:
Hard seal gate valve has high corrosion resistance, and can be used in a variety of acid, alkaline, salt, and other strong corrosive media occasions.
3. High viscosity media:
Hard seal gate valves have good self-cleaning and fluidity, and can be used in pipeline systems for high-viscosity media.
4. Solid particles or cellulose-containing media:
Hard seal gate valve has an advanced sealing mechanism, which can better handle media containing particles, cellulose, residue, etc., and prevent blockage.
