In gernerally, the convenying media temperature should not exceed 80 degree. The containing dust and hard particle not exceed 150mg/m3.

It is fit for the high pressure forced ventilation in the industries such as forging, metallurgy, glass, ceramics, electro-plating, accumulator etc. And the feed conveyance in the processing trades such as grain, forage, mineral power, plastic etc.

Main Features:

※ Centrifugal Ventilator adopts single suction type, the impeller is composed of forward curved blade, curved wheel cover, flat plate and cast steel wheel hub,9-19 fan blade is 12,9-26 fan blade is 16, after forming by static and dynamic balance correction, so the operation is stable and reliable.
※ No.4~No.6.3 fan adopts type A drive; No. 7~16 fan adopts C and D type drive.
※ The air inlet of the fan is made into a collection type streamlined overall structure.
※ The transmission group is composed of spindle, bearing box, rolling bearing, pulley or coupling, etc. The bearing box is made of high quality cast iron, composed of two half, and lubricated by oil or grease; The main shaft of the transmission part is made of high-quality carbon steel and driven by a coupling, which has reliable safety and fatigue resistance in design.
