Steel Hexagon Screw Head Bolts Hex Cap Bolts For Construction Automobile Engineering Industries
Hex Head Bolt Overview:
Bolt: A mechanical part, a cylindrical threaded fastener equipped with a nut. A type of fastener consisting of a head and a screw (cylinder with external threads). It needs to be matched with a nut and is used to fasten and connect two parts with through holes. This type of connection is called a bolt connection. If the nut is unscrewed from the bolt, the two parts can be separated, so the bolt connection is a detachable connection.
Product use: mechanical parts
Hex Head Stainless Steel Bolts Application:
Bolts are indispensable in daily life and in industrial production manufacturing. Bolts are also called the rice of industry. It can be seen that bolts are widely used. The application scope of bolts includes: electronic products, machinery products, digital products, power equipment, and electromechanical machinery products. Bolts are also used in ships, vehicles, water conservancy projects, and even chemical experiments.
Anyway, bolts are used in many places. Especially precision bolts used in digital products. Micro bolts used in DVDs, cameras, glasses, clocks, and electronics; general bolts used in televisions, electrical products, musical instruments, furniture, etc.; large bolts and nuts used in engineering, construction, and bridges; transportation equipment, airplanes, trams, and automobiles etc. Use both large and small bolts.

Square Head | Square Head Bolts (rough) | GB8-76 | 10~48 | 20~300 | The square head has a larger size, which makes it easier for the wrench mouth to be stuck or against other parts to prevent rotation. It is sometimes used in T-shaped slots and is often used on some rough structures.
Small Square Head Bolt | GB35-76 | 5~48 | 10~300
Countersunk Head | Countersunk Square Neck Bolts (rough) | GB10-76 | 6~20 | 25~200 | It is mostly used in places where the surface of the part needs to be flat or smooth and does not prevent hanging things (the square neck or wedge acts as a rotation stop)
Countersunk Head Wedge Bolts (rough) | GB11-76 | 6~24 | 25~200
Half Round Head | Half Round Head Square Neck Bolts (rough) | GB12-76 | 6~20 | 16~200 | It is mostly used in places where the structure is restricted and other bolt heads or parts cannot be used, and the surface is required to be smooth. The semi-round head and square neck are mostly used for metal parts, the large round head is used for wooden parts, and the reinforced semi-round head is used for shock, vibration and variable loads
Large Half Round Head Square Neck Bolts (rough) | GB14-76 | 6~24 | 20~200

T Slot | T Slot Bolts | GB37-76 | 5~48 | 25~300 | It is mostly used in places where bolts can only be connected from one side of the connected part. At this time, the bolt is inserted from the T-shaped hole of the connected part and the bolt is rotated 90°. It is also used in places where the structure requires compactness.
For hinges | Joint Bolt (rough) | GB798-76 | 4~36 | 20~300 | Mostly used in places and work equipment that need to be frequently disassembled and connected.
