Tower Structure:


The tower adopts steel frame structure and fiberglass enclosure. The end face design and space layout of the beams and columns in the tower fully consider the requirements of water distribution uniformity and low wind resistance while ensuring the overall strength and stability of the equipment.
1. The color of the glass panels of the tower enclosure can be selected by the owner, and the tower group layout is in harmony with the surrounding environment.
2. The use of internal drainage technology makes the tower more beautiful and durable;
3. A maintenance ladder is installed on one side of the tower to meet the requirements of daily maintenance and fire protection;
4. The frame parts in the tower adopt hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion process, which does not require anti-corrosion during use, making the equipment more durable.

Aluminum Alloy Fan:


1. The fan blades are molded, the blades are smooth and streamlined, and the surface is smooth without cracks, defects, burrs and other defects. The impeller of the fan is dynamically balanced before leaving the factory, and the rigid rotor balance accuracy of the test is G6.3. The reduction gear is manufactured according to 8-level precision. The fan can run continuously for more than 8,000 hours.
2. The fan blades are made of high-strength aluminum alloy, which has the advantages of large air volume, high total pressure, high efficiency, stable transmission, long life, high strength and corrosion resistance, small size, light weight, good starting performance, and convenient maintenance and repair. The blade installation angle can be changed to meet the process requirements and improve efficiency.
3. The blades and hubs are designed with equal torque, and the blade angle can be adjusted according to the required air volume.
4. The fixed seat is made of high-strength and lightweight aluminum alloy material, which reduces the overall weight of the hub, reduces the moment of inertia, and improves the safety of the fan operation.

Point-folded Wave Fller:


1. Material: modified flame-retardant and chemically resistant PVC.
2. Thickness of filler sheet substrate: 0.35±0.05mm.
3. Molding process: fully automatic vacuum blister.
4. High efficiency and low resistance
5. Excellent flame retardant performance - flame retardant oxygen index ≥40;
6. Excellent hydrophilic and oleophobic performance, resistant to temperature difference changes, no geometric deformation at 65℃, no crushing or brittle cracking at -40℃;
7. High strength of assembly block - the filler sheet adopts the rod suspension type, with a 100% penetration rate, no deformation of the filler, high strength, easy replacement, and low operating cost.

 

Sprinkler Pan (even water distribution):


1. Hot water flows through the water distributor to the sprinkler pan, forming the first cooling;
2. Water is evenly distributed through the sprinkler pan, poured into the filler, and then exhausted by the fan for the second cooling;
3. Since the sprinkler process is unblocked and pressure-free, the sprinkler system does not need maintenance.

 

FRP Components:


1. The number of bubbles with a diameter of 3 to 5 mm on the outer surface of the tower body shall not exceed 3 within 1m2, and the maximum diameter of the surface bubbles shall not exceed 5mm.
2. Curing degree ≥80%.
3. Barcol hardness ﹥35.
4. Resin content 55 to 65%.
5. Tensile strength ≥200MPa.
6. The bending strength of polyester FRP parts is ≥147Mpa, and the bending strength of epoxy FRP parts is ≥196Mpa.
7. Impact toughness strength ≥20J/cm2.
8. Density is 1800kg/m3.

 

Steel Components:
In order to ensure quality, our company processes all steel components before they leave the factory through a set of strict anti-corrosion measures, including pickling, rust removal, water washing, and hot-dip galvanizing. Under normal use conditions, the service life of steel components after anti-corrosion treatment is not less than 20 years.
