1. Standard type:  the inlet water temperature t1:=38℃, the outlet water temperature t2=32℃, and the temperature difference △t=6℃

Product Feature:


The new high-efficiency counter flow cooling tower has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, no drifting water, low noise, small footprint, low cost, fire prevention, corrosion resistance, and long life.

 

HLT Counterflow Cooling Tower is a brand-new optimized design based on the original square countercurrent tower. Its advantages are:
1. Water distribution system: It adopts fixed large-caliber nozzles, and uses the water pump's own pressure water to splash into mist. The nozzles are not blocked, which solves the problem of water distribution by the booster effect of the old product nozzles. The nozzles are easily blocked and broken. Use large-caliber nozzles to reduce maintenance costs.
2. Tower wall panels: The surrounding wall panels are made of double-layer sandwich insulation panels, fiberglass wall panels and stainless steel wall panels.

3. Water collector: It adopts active interlaced water collectors, which are simple and convenient to maintain and have good water collection. It has the characteristics of small wind resistance and extremely low drift loss.

4. Easy combination: Users can select and combine according to the installation site. They can be combined with large-tonnage towers or small-tonnage towers into large-tonnage tower groups.
Frequency converter: The use of frequency converter can save 35%-45% of electricity. It automatically adjusts the speed of the fan with the change of ambient temperature or water temperature, and automatically turns on and off when the set temperature is reached. (Configured according to user needs)
