Product Description:

 

The Combined Steel Structure FRP Counter Current Cooling Tower is made of FRP, which not only ensures the strength of the tower but also reduces the weight of the tower, and has a beautiful appearance.
The tower adopts a rigid truss system in structure. The edge joints between all components are connected by bolts. Steel pipes with a large turning radius are used as web bars between beams and columns to form trusses. They are properly constrained according to the nodes. Therefore, the tower body not only has good overall rigidity, but also changes the internal force distribution of the tower structure, making the structural force more reasonable. The tower structure has the effect of multi-directional force performance, can effectively withstand concentrated loads, asymmetric loads, seismic forces and strong wind loads and other dynamic loads, which is more beneficial to reducing the vibration of the tower.
The appearance color of the cooling tower can be designed according to customer requirements.

1. Aluminum Alloy Fan: aluminum alloy blades, large air volume, high total pressure, high efficiency, stable transmission, long life, small size, light weight, high strength and corrosion resistance, good starting performance, easy maintenance and repair.

2. Motor Reducer: 380V/50HZ/3P, IP54, insulation grade F, suitable for long-term and continuous work in hot and humid environment.

3. Multi-wave Water Collector: modified PVC material, mechanical extrusion and drawing process, high water absorption efficiency, small air flow resistance, long service life, easy installation and maintenance, flame retardant, resistant to temperature changes.

4. Low Pressure Fully Piped Water Distribution System: Water distribution pipe material - U-PVC, nozzle material - ABS, spray mode - downward spray, uniform water distribution, maintenance-free, large operational flexibility.

5. S-wave Film Filler:modified PVC material, filler sheet substrate thickness 0.40±0.05mm, fully automatic vacuum blister, high efficiency and low resistance, flame retardant, excellent hydrophilic and oleophobic properties, resistant to temperature differences, high strength of assembly blocks.

6. Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic Components: curing degree ≥80%, barcol hardness ﹥35, resin content 55~65%, tensile strength ≥200MPa, flexural strength ≥147Mpa, epoxy fiberglass bending strength ≥196Mpa, impact toughness strength ≥20J/cm2, density 1800kg/m3.
