Product Advantage:
1. Blade Design: A secondary belt scraper typically consists of a single or dual blade configuration. The blades are positioned at a specific angle to the belt surface, allowing them to effectively remove fine particles, dust, and residue.
2. Material Selection: The blades of a secondary belt scraper are commonly made from durable and wear-resistant materials such as polyurethane or tungsten carbide. These materials offer excellent scraping performance and longevity, ensuring consistent cleaning over extended periods.
3. Adjustable Pressure: Secondary belt scrapers often have an adjustable pressure mechanism that allows operators to set the optimal contact pressure between the scraper blade and the belt surface. This feature ensures effective cleaning without excessive wear on the belt.
4. Flexibility and Adaptability: The design of a secondary belt scraper allows for flexibility and adaptability to the belt contours. This ensures consistent contact across the entire belt width, enabling efficient removal of fine particles and residue.
5. Fine Particle Removal: The primary function of a secondary belt scraper is to remove any remaining fine particles, dust, or residue that may have escaped the primary cleaning process. By eliminating these materials, it helps prevent material carryback, reduces dust emissions, and improves overall cleanliness.
6. Enhanced Conveyor Performance: The use of a secondary belt scraper enhances the overall performance of the conveyor system. By removing residual material, it helps prevent belt slippage, reduces potential belt tracking issues, and improves belt traction, resulting in increased operational efficiency.
7. Application-Specific Customization: Secondary belt scrapers can be customized to suit specific application requirements. Blade materials, angles, and overall design can be tailored to match the conveyed material properties, belt speed, and environmental conditions, ensuring optimal cleaning performance and efficiency.
