DGLJL-1 electric heating water cooled vulcanizing machine is small in size and light in weight. It is powered by an ordinary three-phase power supply. The temperature of the hot plate is uniform. The hydraulic system supplies uniform pressure (0~1.8mpa). It is equipped with a lightweight Fully automatic electric control box. The connection between the electric control box and the host is completed by integrated plug-ins and multi-core cables. It is easy to operate and reliable.
DGLJL-1 belt vulcanizing equipment is currently widely used in metallurgy, mining, power plants, ports, building materials, chemical industry, etc. There are no explosive gases and It is used for on-site vulcanization and bonding of canvas, nylon, and steel rope core transportation tapes in places with harmful gases that can corrode metals.
DGLJL-1 vulcanizing press machine is also used for vulcanization joints of tapes with special properties such as anti-corrosion and heat resistance. And this equipment can only use ordinary tap water sources on site. After the vulcanization is completed, the heating plate can be quickly cooled by flowing water. It can greatly improve the efficiency and improve the quality of tape joints. Generally, it takes 10 minutes to cool from the vulcanization temperature to 60°C.
