Overview
The Cone Cylindrical Gear Reducer is an external meshing gear transmission mechanism with the input and output shafts in a vertical state. The main transmission parts are made of high-quality alloy steel. The gears are manufactured through carburizing, quenching and gear grinding processes, with level 6 accuracy. The product has the advantages of high carrying capacity, long life, small size, high efficiency and light weight.
The standard number of this reducer series is JB/T9002-1999, which is a national updated product. It can replace SS type vertical axis reducer and old model reducers such as ZQ and ZL. It can also replace the same type of imported reducer from abroad.

Application
Conical Gear Cylindrical Gear Reducer (hereinafter referred to as reducer) is used for transmission devices in which the input shaft and output shaft are arranged in a vertical direction. It is mainly used in various transportation machinery such as belt conveyors, and can also be used in various general machinery such as metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, coal, building materials, light industry, and petroleum.

Working Principle
The maximum speed of the reducer input shaft is not greater than 1500r/min;
The gear peripheral speed is not greater than 20m/s;
The working environment temperature is -40~+45℃. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil should be heated before starting (an electric heating pipe is also provided).
