Overview

 

DBY type is a two-stage transmission hard tooth surface gear reducer; DCY type is a three stage transmission hard tooth surface gear reducer. The first stage transmission is Gleason spiral bevel gear, and the second and third stage transmissions are involute. Line cylindrical helical gear.
The reducer can be divided into four assembly types: I, II, III and IV according to the output shaft form. According to the rotation direction of the output shaft, it can be divided into clockwise (S) and counterclockwise (N). (facing the output shaft)

Working Principle


The maximum speed of the reducer input shaft is not greater than 1500r/min;
The gear peripheral speed is not greater than 20m/s;
The working environment temperature is -40~+45℃. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil should be heated before starting (an electric heating pipe is also provided).
