Electric Hydraulic Drum Brakes Overview:
Electric hydraulic propeller brake is economic and durable and has the advantages of safe performance, smooth braking and high frequency movement. Because of its excellent performance, it is widely used as the parking brake in mechanical driving devices in lifting industry, metallurgy industry, port industry and construction machinery.
Industrial Drum Brake Feature:
■ Safe and reliable performance, smooth braking and high action frequency.
■ The main swing hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which have high transmission efficiency and long service life. No lubrication is required during use.
■ Asbestos-free brake pads and brake shoes are plug-in type, which is safe, reliable, and easy and fast to replace.
■ The interlocking equal retreat distance device always maintains the equal retreat distance of the tiles on both sides during use to avoid the phenomenon that the brake pad on one side floats against the brake wheel due to uneven retreat distance.
■ YWZ13, YWZ9, YW series brake brake springs are arranged in the spring tube, and are equipped with a braking torque scale on one side. The braking torque is directly displayed, and the adjustment is convenient and intuitive.
■ The installation form of YWZ4 and JZ series brake shoes is riveted type. If plug-in type is required, please indicate it when ordering.
■ The following additional functions can be achieved by adding additional devices.
● Manual release device (YWZ13, YWZ 6, YW).
● Release or close the limit switch.
● The brake is matched with the Ed pusher as the driving device. The pusher can realize delayed release or closing of the brake through a delay valve.
● YWZ13, YWG, and YW can be equipped with an automatic brake pad wear compensation device to realize stepless automatic compensation of the braking torque when the brake pads are worn.
